Reading Pre and Post Survey.doc 

 Reflection: This artifact is a pre or post reading interest survey that I created for an action research project. This survey measures how much a student enjoys reading. It can be applied most elementary school students because of the picture that it utilizes to help the students. This artifact can be used when purchasing books for your classroom or even when trying to figure out the level of engagement you must put forth when teaching certain students. I plan on utilizing this assessment when I begin my school real to see where the student stand as far as their reading interests and I may use it again as a formative assessment of my technique used to engage the students in the subject of reading. Rubrics

 Reflection: This artifact is a website that is great for teachers. It makes it easy to design rubrics of all kinds. In addition it allows teachers to save rubrics they have created to let other educator utilize these rubrics. It is a time saver and an excellent assessment resource. I plan to utilize this site when doing projects from my own classroom. Essay and Performance Task Assessment

Reflection: This artifact is an essay and the rubric to grade it and a performance task and the rubric to grade it. I created these artifacts within a course on assessment. The structures of these assessments are models of how essays and performance task should be formatted. This is very valuable to my classroom because I will have examples to follow to ensure that I am properly assessing my students.  Reflection: This artifact is multiple choice assessment. This assessment was created in an assessment course and serves as a great model for creating assessments for any subject. This particular assessment focuses on the subject of English and may be useful for my in class experience when teaching grammar. Multiple Choice Assessment Blueprint

Reflection: This artifact is a chart that describes the major content categories and skills that a test assesses. It describes the percentage of tasks for each content-skills combination included on the test. In using this it helps make sure have address all subjects or topics needed within an assessment. I will utilize this in my classroom be sure that my tests are properly assessing the topics that are being taught.
